GREY GOOSE VODKA& LA VIE EN ROSE
ingredients
1 1/2 parts GREY GOOSE® Vodka
1/2 part Late Bottled Vintage Port
1 part lemon juice
1/3 part simple syrup
1 part rose champagne
Foam
14 parts raspberry puree
4 parts water
2 tsp vegetarian gelatin
instructions
In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients (except the foam and the rose champagne). Muddle and shake vigorously. Float rose champagne and foam on top.
Foam Recipe
Fill a pot with all foam ingredients and heat until almost boiling. Maintain heat and add 2 tsp vegetarian gelatin and stir until completely dissolved. Strain into soda siphon with soda charges and fill untill 3/4 full. Place in fridge and chill for approx 3 hours.
